Rude as all get out…. He just hung up on me for asking how he’s gonna go to trial and defend someone that he hasn’t even spoken to. My boyfriend was supposed to go to trial yesterday, which understandably was canceled because of the weather, but when I called and asked if he knew when it might be rescheduled or if my bf could call from the prison he said nope he would talk to him when he got transported (which would be the day of his new trial date) how could you give Any type of defense for anybody that you have not even spoken to have not subpoenaed any witnesses for and don’t even know Their side of the stories crazy to me Glad I’m not from Chillicothe or need his help

Got my mom 23-28 years in prison because he LITERALLY didn't do anything. And threatened to press harassment charges when my aunt kept calling his office to give him VITAL information and witness names for her trial. He's a joke of a lawyer. He literally only could've done less by not showing up. And incase he replies with "sorry my hospitalization delayed the trial" or makes any excuses because I've seen him do that, he was healthy fine and dandy. Horrible, won't return calls paid alot has only spoke to client 20 minutes since April. Hasn't presented deal offered by state in August. No motions, no criminal background failed filed bond modification. Hasn't spoke to client since August with jury trial set for next week. Family in limbo and cant even pick up phone. I am type of guy will compliment waitresses, line staff ect. Imagine your family enduring this. .
