I’m unable to provide a full assessment of this firm’s legal services because I chose not to proceed after encountering what I found to be an unusually rigid intake process. When I inquired, I was informed that the firm does not offer complimentary consultations—not even a brief introductory call. Instead, prospective clients are required to pay $500 for a 90-minute meeting, during which they must formally enter into an attorney-client relationship before having the opportunity to ask basic questions or determine whether the firm is a suitable fit. In my opinion, this approach is not only financially burdensome but also discourages transparency and accessibility—especially troubling in a market like Lexington, KY, where many elder law clients may be on fixed incomes. While I fully respect a firm’s right to set its own policies, I found this model needlessly exclusionary. Additionally, I found the demeanor of the intake staff to be curt and unwelcoming, which only reinforced my decision not to move forward. Overall, a disappointing and regrettable experience.

Mary, Katie, and Amy are the kindest people I know and are willing to do whatever it takes to help their clients. Quiet atmosphere with wonderful people working in this office. Everyone greets you with a smile and a warm demeanor. They have helped multiple people in my family get their estate planning done, and I'm very grateful for them!
