I recently used Bluestein attorneys specifically Andrew T. for my VA claims along with Amanda Tyler. He was able to go through my records and prove to the VA that my initial ratings were lower than what they should’ve been and had C&P exams scheduled for me to be properly evaluated again. This law firm was hired for an on the job injury I received. After seeing the workers comp doctor, they said my injury was just arthritis and I would be ok. My joint became disfigured and couldn't be used. I informed the workers comp department that I would be hiring an attorney to represent me, so i could have surgery to repair my injured joint. Workers comp offered me $2,200 to settle. I contacted the Bluestein law office and forwarded my documents. Thirty minutes later I was called by the workers comp office offering me an additional $500 more to drop the case. Bluestein wanted me to take the settlement which was not enough to pay for the surgery alone. This law firm does not work in the best interest of the customer. They work with the defendants against you likely getting backdoor deals.

Tim Mercer took my case on with the VA after fighting that system (DAV) for 12 years. I could not be happier! If you are fighting to get disability, DO NOT use these attorneys. My girlfriend who had been 100% disabled for 10 years, had a review, and since she has many sicknesses we didn't get a lawyer at 1st. They removed her from disability and to make a long story short she decided to use the Bluestein Attorneys to fight for her case. These attorneys did not communicate at all over a year, did not review any case material, and when she was denied, they just dumped her and refused to help anymore. They do not keep appointments, do not return phone calls or emails, and we're no help at all. Seems like they just want to collect money for no work.
