Several months ago, my entire career and reputation was ruined in my hometown due to an investigation being brought against me. I felt my world quickly falling apart during this very scary time. Not so much the business but the people that came out and yelled at me for walking through the back alley way were way out of hand. There was a chain up with a sign I figured it was for vehicles stepped over the chain on paved alley just coming from donating clothes at a drop box when twi employees accosted me. I'm not from this town so the impression has left a bitter taste. If this is the way you're prominent citizens and business people treat others sets a bad example if your town. Bobi Frank took a case for my son and knew he had done nothing wrong when she looked at the facts. She called him when he was ready to give up. He believed in her, even though he didn’t trust the system. He chose to let her do her Job and waited for her findings. She talked with the appropriate people and did just what she said she would do. My son’s case was dropped (it should never have been a case in the first place). Bobi Frank does work diligently for those whom are vulnerable to systems that abuse their power. I took a leap of faith about eight months ago and opened a small business , and thought I was going to lose everything in an instant.. I remember Bobi from some work I did at her office probably about 3 to 4 years ago, and just listening to her speak about the law while I was doing the work I was doing I thought to myself if I ever needed an attorney she would be the one!! Well, that day came about two weeks ago I called her up and gave her all the details and she told me to come in that follow day., i am a type person that worries if the wind blows the wrong direction and I needed some reassurance that this was going to be ok., she insisted that things where going to be fine.. you have know idea how much relief I felt just from her telling me this.. she went to work on my case, like my case was the only one she had as if I was the only person she knew, it was unbelievable, answering my text message answering my emails anything and everything she was there,. About a week or so went by and I knew she had been working on my case very hard, and I received a call from her, I really didn’t want to answer it because I had no idea what was going to be said on the other end of that phone, I let it go to voice mail so that I could gather my thoughts, after hearing the voicemail., and all she said was (when you get a chance call me back) so I took a deep breath and called her back and we talked for a little bit about the case and then she said I got the case dropped!!!!! What!! Really!! I was very emontional didn’t know what to say,, she saved my bussnisess she saved my family she saved what I worked so hard to have., so if you were to ask me if Bobi J Frank is a good attorney ..! I would say without a doubt In my mind., if you want some one who’s going to be on your side and not leave and make you feel like family like your case is the only case she has, she is the one..!
