Greetings,I was not going to say anything but the information that was revealed to me about this law firm was quite disturbing. First off I paid $3,000 for a “deal” I could have got for free working with a public defender. I was arrested in 2022 for assault with a dangerous weapon after defending myself and my property as my brother was going to attack me, vandalized my apartment and vehicle in damages amounting over $1,500 that I HAD TO PAY FOR. claimed I almost shot innocent people when NO ONE showed me any evidence. My drug dealing neighbors got involved and the police allowed them to keep dealing drugs The day I was arrested and handcuffed to the bench at the Tpd I called this firm. Brian sold me a dream as if “HE” was going to be representing me from beginning to end, He told me he would charge $3,000 to represent me. As soon as I gave up $3,000 of my hard earned income he put Miranda on my case without asking me if I agreed, to my knowledge she had never represented Anyone Prior to me so I paid all that money for an inexperienced attorney. Neither one of them Ever mentioned that I was going to lose my livelihood. I had a comfortable life. Prior to the incident I had Never in 28 years of my life been in any ounce of legal trouble. This law firm made it seem as if the “deal” I was getting was the best deal. I paid them a Substantial amount money and they withheld Vital information from me. After I gave the $3,000 Brian bowed out and was only present to guide Miranda. Every European American I know that I voiced my experiences to said you hired a lousy lawfirm and I disagreed for years because I am not in prison but sleeping in my vehicle being fired from my job having to file bankruptcy when my financial situation was fine. This legal situation has cost me over $16,000. I paid $2,500 in bail fees, I paid over $2,300 in fines and restitution, $3,000 to this firm just for them to show up for 4 court dates. I have had people of all races tell me go talk to another law firm for years and I finally did this year 3 years into this “bogus 5 yr probation sentence”. I spoke with multiple lawfirm’s and was told that I over paid and it was just a cash grab. The most disturbing information attorneys I did not hire said that the probation office is supposed to provide guidance for employment and other resources. Multiple firms, literal legal professional’s giving me more information than the firm I hired. Two Lawfirm’s and two paralegals said that the attorneys I hired Can File AND FIGHT to get a early dismissal since I agreed to a differed sentence plea deal. I went to speak with the firm I hired and Brian told me that 3 consecutive years is to early to even think about a motion to dismiss, refusing my request after I paid them in full. My career partner has been saying since this started that I can come back once this is resolved. I wish I had never gotten involved with this firm because had they been upfront about the Real consequences I would have hired someone else. Betty Joe Shelby walked out of the same courthouse as I did After Killing A Man. So I do believe these other firms Ive been consulting with, I just cant hire them because the probation office and the court have been preventing me from working all 3 years so far. This firm literally worked with the DA, and Tulsa county to scam me. The initial “agreement” is that I had to stay away from felons and weapons as well as go to work. They have literally prevented me from working so had I not paid them off I would have not followed the initial contract and therefore Violated Probation by simply not paying. One of the paralegals said that this firm is in cahoots with the DA I quote on my grandmother grave he referred to people working in this firm as “sell outs” says he has clients that are involved with them and they did not even pay half of what I paid for this “deal” and there charges are worse, I had no clue. Now I am concerned because I was told that I could get the arrest expunged, they’ve made sure I cannot produce money and expungement cost, im screwed

I don’t even know where to start. I was so confused and scared, and the Miranda showed up instantly put my mind at ease handled everything very professionally even offered to help explain everything to my employer. Every question I’ve had she has answered very quick timely response. this is not been a great experience, but Miranda definitely made it bearable. She is awesome.

My fiancé and I hired this law Firm for multiple cases. We were, and are represented by Kristen Knutson. When I first met Brian Boheim he told me no one works harder than they do. I believe this is true. They work in teams at the law firm. Which I think makes them that much more effective. Kristen is amazing. She's an absolute beast in the courtroom. To the extent of an embarrassed prosecutor screaming and behaving unprofessionally after going against her. She has worked beyond what was required of her and absolutely worth every penny and then probably some more. We still aren't done with our legal battles but thus far Kristen has had 2 felony cases dismissed for us. Kind and compassionate where it counts, and knowledgeable and ruthless in your defense. I wouldn't ever hire anyone else to represent us.
