I have worked alongside and against various lawyers. I can say with 100% certainty that Boehmer Law is the best. The staff is friendly and easy to get a hold of. They take your case seriously and answer any questions you may have. When we stepped into the courtroom, Eric put all my fears and anxiety to rest. If I ever need a lawyer again, I am definitely going to Boehmer Law.

Scheduled a consultation with attorney Matt. His assistant even called me to confirm the meeting. Matt was a no call/no show to the meeting. I left multiple messages after and no response. It’s fine if you don’t want to take my case but you didn’t have to waste my time too. Wildly unprofessional and disappointing.

This law firm is horrible. They flat refuse to fight for their clients. They treated me like I was nothing except for the time I paid them way too much for their terrible services but nevertheless I paid them in full. That was the only time they wanted anything to do with me. They also took 1300$ from me (on top of the 9000$ that I paid them in full) and kept it for the time they spent on a case that never existed because no charges were ever filed. Eric’s little puppet that he sends when he feels like it said that money was for a phone call to my probation officer so I contacted him and he confirmed that was a complete lie. I don’t have a lot of money and it would’ve really helped me out this time of the year. They absolutely DO NOT care about their clients that’s for sure. My advice to anyone looking for a lawyer stay as far away from this law firm as possible because they are in fact lying crooks!

My experience with them was horrendous. They have zero communication. I had to constantly ask them what was going on because I wasn’t informed of things. It seems they do the easiest thing instead of what is best for their clients. After dragging out my case as long as possible they got the minimum amount and would not fight for me AT ALL. If you want an attorney who won’t talk to you unless you force it, who won’t read your case fully before meetings, who won’t listen to you this is the office to go to. It is clear to me that they do not care about their clients at all.

Eric Boehmer is a crook of an attorney.. he was paid a year ago to handle a traffic violation and I never heard anything from him since. Fast forward a year and I get a letter from his office saying he is dropping my case due to "non communication." I've never received an email, call, text, or mail to my house about this case after I paid him. In fact, I've checked case net monthly to monitor the court update and every time we near court date he files a motion of continuance, that went on for a year. Upon contacting his office I'm always told he's unavailable and to just call back. Never got in contact with Eric to this day and he sent another attorney from his office to call me about the situation which I find highly unprofessional. Never got my money refunded either. I found another attorney and he took care of my ticket same week that he got paid.

Thanks to David Cruz who was kind, compassionate and forthright in convincing the judge to make the right decision for our son. I would highly recommend him as an attorney if you need a great lawyer.

This man Eric Boehmer is the absolute champion of law in St. Charles! He is a genius when it comes to getting you a great outcome on your case and has built a dream team around him. The professionalism and common courtesy for paid clients has decreased and is almost non-existent. I’ve been doing business with this office for more than 10 years and I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. I don’t think they understand it’s peoples lively hood that they are dealing with and lack of communication causes headache for the defendants. No one in the office from the attorneys to the front desk seem to care. PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE they are nice to get the retainer fee after that you are just a number.
