She knows. Just like all the other bad reviews. This pattern of hers is horrible. I quote her, “ I have your best intrest at heart and I’ve got your back”. It’s not true, and NCDOR and IRS don’t buy that as an excuse. I WILL STAY AWAY. And of course as of today will not respond to any communication.

Would not use her again. She filed my taxes but failed to provide my bank information to the NCDOR and IRS so I have to pay late fees for the late payment. To top this off I was told I would get reimbursed for fees and I have not seen reimbursement in over 4months. Absolutely would not recommend on top of that constant excuses and I never get a call back. I would give a better review if communication was better.

We have used her twice and plan on continuing to use her. She does an amazing job!!!

I called this attorney asking to do POA for my parents. She agreed to help and then her assistant said she would call me back to get it set up. I had to call 3 times to get help and she still never called me back like she said she would. Very poor service. All I needed to know whether she can assist or not. Now I am out of tiime.

DO NOT GET YOUR TAXES DONE BY THIS USELESS WOMEN!! After we paid her, she messed up our taxes, and doesn’t our phone calls or multiple emails. She’s had similar issues in other states she’s practiced. I’ll go anywhere else besides her. Thanks for nothing lady

Donna is an amazing Lawyer and Accountant. she is very knowledgeable and prompt. i am also happy to call her a friend. i would not consider anyone else to take care of my legal or tax needs.

Will not return calls, turned in taxes 3 (THREE) months late. She did our taxes for four years, we thought it would get better but never did. I would not recommend to anyone. Disappointed for sure.

Terrible, No Stars! She handled my Dad's estate, or should I say didn't handle it at all. She never got anything accomplished and was always full of excuses. After 2 1/2 years of getting nowhere, I ended up hiring a different lawyer and everything was settled within 3 months.
