I would not recommend Bogin, Munns & Munns based on my experience. I hired the firm for a legal case and the service I received was very disappointing. The attorney assigned to my case, Keith Arago, was extremely unresponsive and slow to act. Communication was difficult, and many times I had to repeatedly follow up just to get a response. It often felt like I had to push the case forward myself and even suggest actions that should have been handled proactively by the attorney. The case was unnecessarily prolonged with long periods where little to no progress was made. It seemed like the attorney was overwhelmed with other work and unable to give my case the attention it required. Eventually, I decided to terminate the representation because I felt the handling of my case was ineffective and not aligned with my best interests. Overall, it was a very frustrating and disappointing experience.

Charge you $300 just to speak to them

I was a little skeptical in the beginning about the whole thing asking myself if it was worth my while to pursue the case. Once I began, though, Timothy and the entire staff at Bogin in Orange City helped guide through each step. The process was slow and steady, my questions along the way were always answered professionally, never making me feel like I was a nuisance. I had been told about what to expect as far as a settlement. In the end, I got more than that amount --about 45% more than what I anticipated. I recommend Tim Trasker.
