Richard Bollenbeck is a very nice attorney and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

These guys threatened criminal prosecution (no bases) and relationships with DA's if their client didn't get a specific settlement amount in a divorce case massively breaching the standard ABA Commission on Ethics that all attorneys (and normal good humans) follow. Very disgusting and dirty behavior for anyone let alone someone dealing with a peaceful divorce. In the end they backed down when called out on it too. Shame on you for your lack of honor, integrity and simple human decency. UPDATE: They petitioned Google to remove this review. Imagine that. Guess what guys, I will keep reposting it. You can't hide from your actions. This was a Doug Fyfe case and I see he has been removed from your firm. At least he will no longer be around to dishonor your firm.

We've been working with Rick for about 1yr now. The job seemed simple at the time but it turned into something potentially ugly. If he were a lesser attorney it could have been that way. Very knowledgeable and awesome personality. He came highly recommended, I agree and highly recommend him myself.

Stuart was excellent to work with about my Workers Comp claim. He responded to my needs quickly and was forthright and helpful. I did not end up needing to hire Bollenbeck, but he will be the first one I call if my situation changes.

I concur with all the previous reviews about Doug Fyfe. I struggled to make the thousands I had to pay him for absolutely atrocious outcomes. He does not advocate for his clients, he seems more interested in helping his fellow lawyers and double charging his clients. My life was ultimately ruined due to his mishandling of information, horrible communication about court dates and his progress beforehand, and his utter disregard for his own client's best interests. It's been 5 years since I fired Mr. Fyfe and I'm still dealing with the repercussions of my lost cases, both financially and personally. -- I truly appreciate the response, but I wish he hadn't been there 9 years and $13,000 ago.

This experience has been great. Stu really knows his stuff. Helped me with my car accident. Rick was great with helping my family and I with our wills. Absolutely will recommended this practice! Down to earth friendly people :)

Doug fyfe is about as useless as they come! Unprepared, doesn't communicate, but always wants your money, completely useless attorney!
