I cannot say enough GREAT things about Aldo and his team at Bolliger Law Group. They went above and beyond with helping me deal with GM and my new Tahoe. Their team is professional, responsive, and one of the best law groups I've ever worked with. I'm hoping to not have to deal with the Lemon Law again in the future, but if I do, they will be my first call. If you need a team that will fight for you, give them a call.

I saw the ad for this law firm. I have a very good case against a car dealership. Unfortunately when I called I got a guy on the phone screening calls and told me they are not taking new clients. This was October 30th 2024. At least let the attorney decide after reading the facts about the case and maybe be polite and do a referral. It is terrible these days that you cant find any decent human being who is just willing to take a minute to help. That says enough.

Aldo is an amazing lawyer

Really great people to work with. They took my Chevy Bolt case, and GM agreed to repurchase the car and pay lawyer fees. Not one penny out of my pocket, and I got the full value (minus the miles) of my car back. I found these guys to be very dedicated and caring. Not sure about the 1 star reviews which are about communication, but attorneys in general are really busy and have a lot of work, so sometimes they miss an email or call.

Similar experience as some others on here. Initially Ricardo responded promptly and frequently and he’s very polite. I submitted everything requested and spent a tremendous time gathering everything and ultimately they stopped responding to any phone calls or emails. A simple “we’re not able to assist” would of been sufficient and understandable if that was the case, but instead they just cut contact cold turkey with no explanation.

They requested every document we had ever signed for our lemon law case. After taking a long time scanning these documents and sending to them, no one ever called us back.

A terrific attorney if you’re in need of someone knowledgeable about consumer law and looking out for your best interest. Aldo and his assistant Ricardo were professional, down to earth and worked diligently on my case. Mr. Bollinger took my case in March 2017 after I was involved in a car accident. I had never been in a car accident before, so I was entering a whole new world! I was injured and Mr. Bollinger and his assistant Ricardo were of a great help! They explained all the steps we had to take, and they were always there to answer any questions. After almost 2 years we finally came to a settlement. Although money can't make up for the pain, it is helpful. I would absolutely recommend Mr. Bollinger and his assistant Ricardo. It is hard to trust lawyers, but I had all the confidence in them. Thank you!

I was very excited to work with this law firm after being recommended by another well known attorney in the area. Originally called in December and left a voicemail, and never received a call back but tried to be understanding with the holidays. After calling again, was able to finally speak to someone January 4th and sent them all of the information they requested the same day. I was told I would hear back within a week. It has now been over 2 weeks, I have called and emailed to follow-up and none of my attempts have been responded to. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

Aldo and his staff are absolutely amazing. I had bout a truck from a dealership that had sold me a vehicles without any cats under it, which started giving me issues, and the dealer didn’t want to help out. I didn’t know where to start so I went to google and called Mr. Bolliger, and he took it from there. I literally only had to give him my paperwork for the vehicle and he handled the rest. His knowledge of the law is very powerful and in turn caused the dealership to settle in mediation for a fair amount. Thanks Aldo to you and your staff and I recommend him for any issues you may run into.

I had a issue with my 5Th wheel that required an attorney. I had no idea where to begin. I found Atty Aldo Bolliger online. My wife and I had met with him at his office about our case. After going over all of our paper work with him my wife and I knew we made the right choice. He stated what his plans were and what we needed to do. He is very thorough and detailed and is very well prepped for court. We were able to settle my case in mediation because of his knowledge of the law and being prepared on my case.
