We met with Steve and went over our needs, and he explained the process to us in an understandable way. He did not talk over us; rather, he made sure we had a good understanding of all the pieces that make up a solid estate plan. He was kind, informative, and took such good notes that he was able to prepare the documents without a lot of extra work on our part. This is an absolute joke honestly. I met with the attorney for a free consultation. I signed the form but never made a payment nor got any representation for anything and keep in mind this was all because I was being harassed by someone who I had an OFP against but he was using the courts to harass me by filing BS law suits. When the attorney then called me I said I decided I was not going to retain them for representation and he than said but you already paid. I said no I had not. He said he thought I had. I again said no and now they put a judgement on me to pay 3 times the amount of the initial cost. Do not use this place they not only did nothing to earn money but now are claiming they did work they never did. I am going to report this to the state as well.
