Collection of medical debt, rental and small claims judgements. Plus many others.
I have made payments over the last few months but for November I wasn't able to afford it since I couldn't even afford my rent and lost my place to live. I let them know I'm struggling financially just to have a place to live with this economy and trying not to go bankrupt and the attitude behind the phone calls was absurd and saying they need the payment now with no regards to what I explained to them.
I recently had some business with this company. They were polite and professional.
The little short one with tattoos everywhere was absolutely disgusting and rude. I’m sure you’ve experienced being overwhelmed from medical bills and debt, you look like you’ve definitely “lived a life” too. So I’m CERTAIN you understand where I’m coming from. A little bit of kindness would have helped me in that moment. Your coworker who answers the phones and who opened the door was kind. But you couldn’t wait to throw it in my face that “you could have avoided this” comment was unnecessary. Idk if you hate your job or just enjoy being unkind to people who are struggling… either way, you can’t make that much working there so I’m sure you’ve experienced being overwhelmed because of debt. You are in the wrong business.
Nicole is the assistant manager of this establishment and handles the legal calls and “apparently” she is the only representative in the building. She is extremely rude, highly unprofessional, and one of the worst representatives for any company that I’ve ever spoken to. I have paid majority of my debt off on time for the last 6 months. Even after being berated by this woman the first time we spoke about my recent income increase. That action itself is inexcusable. Upon informing her that I was opting to skip this month due to low sales, she became angry and rude and did not let me finish speaking and proceeded to hang up on me after yelling over me. Judging from these reviews, this is very common practice for her. I have been nothing but cordial and professional throughout my entire experience with Bonded Adjustment and would have accepted being told no politely, I would have even paid, however, the tone and level of disrespect Nicole comes to the phone with is disgusting and I will not be working with you again.
Nicole is extremely rude and unprofessional! Hangs up on people . No bills have been sent just calls and starts demanding money. I haven’t been sent a breakdown or any papers on debts I owe but she calls everyday . Nicole always has an attitude and is unpleasant to work with .
Nicole is rude and will not let you speak. She also likes to yell at people on the phone and then cry wolf when someone raises their voice back. She is not helpful in any way. Should probably find a new job if she’s that unhappy.
Disgusted with This place. They like To garnish your wages from your Check even though you don't owe Them money for anything. They will lie, cheat and steal. Also break the law without due process. Federal Lawsuit pending as we speak. Don't trust them EVER!!!!.. REAL FACTS NO HATE SPEECH. TRYING TO AUTHENTICLY HELP PEOPLE OUT BEFORE THEY GET SCREWED TOO. 💯
They send phony looking bills no breakdown and when you call them on their scamming ways they hang up on you call back for a manager oh their isn't one available go figure
From the moment I answered the phone the woman was absolutely rude and disrespectful, they really enjoy being heartless to disabled people unable to pay medical bills. I paid on 3/4 of my debt and they treat me like this. You could just tell by the way she cut me off and didn't allow me to explain the situation, she's the kinda person who would repo a paraplegic's chair if it made her a penny and enjoy watching them struggle. They should sell my debt because I won't work with them ever again.
Absolutely so unprofessional. Seriously disgusting attitude. The people who work here deserve to be in this miserable job. As a person who also makes collection calls as a job this is ridiculous.
they call me 3 times a day. At that point it’s harassment. Quit calling me.
2 weeks after I quit my job respectfully with a 2 week notice i received back a parking ticket in the mail i got while returning my parking pass. It was originally 43 now weeks later its 80 I'm expected to pay double the price because it's past 15 days. I could have gotten a phone call saying that I need to take care of the ticket that it's not able to be waived right away but now I'm having to deal with a bunch of extra for no reason I'm very upset.
Some of the RUDEST PUSHIEST bill collectors ever. They will bully you into payments, then yell at you over the phone when you ask for anything. Don't listen or even give people the chance to talk.
I find that you get back what you give in the way of respect and cooperation. Owing money, or disputing that you do does not have to be unpleasant for either party. Get off on the right foot
Unbelievably rude, unprofessional and down right nasty! These people are the most heartless individuals I’ve ever spoken with. From the person answering phones to the account manager. They don’t want to actually work with people. They served my 9 year old autistic son. My son misplaced the documents so I never knew of their existence or I would’ve been able to let them know the ER failed to bill my insurance. Ridiculous! Also side note- they will lie claiming that if it’s medical the statute of limitations is 12 months. Lies! If you were covered call the insurance company! I got it all resolved within 1 hour - no need for this evil woman to lie to me!
The account manager I was working with is awful. She was screaming at me on the phone and Be lilting me. This service of awful and no one should be talked to or screamed at like I was. Especially from someone taking your money and putting you in a bind.
Polite staff. Helpful.
