he is not professional at all no type of communication when asked he says he’ll call back and never does

If I could give zero stars, I would. This law firm took on my insurance case after a not-at-fault car accident in August 2023. My car was totaled, I lost personal property, and I was injured. What I received in return was years of silence, zero progress, and complete negligence. There has been no meaningful movement on my case for years. Communication was nearly nonexistent unless I chased them down repeatedly, and even then I rarely received clear answers. Meanwhile, I’ve been left thousands of dollars out of pocket, without resolution, while they did absolutely nothing. I trusted this firm to advocate for me during a stressful and traumatic time. Instead, they dragged their feet, failed to communicate, and wasted years of my life. Their lack of urgency and accountability is shocking for a legal practice that claims to represent clients in good faith. At this point, I am closing my case and requesting my payout because continuing to work with them is pointless. I genuinely regret hiring this firm and would strongly advise anyone considering them to look elsewhere. If you value communication, professionalism, or actually getting results, this is not the firm for you. This experience has been exhausting, financially damaging, and entirely avoidable.

This guy Booberg is a piece of work.. guy does not have any sympathy or empathy. You literally have to pull info and updates out him if you want progress in your case. Never EVER would recommend him to anyone..
