Boonswang did help me with my settlement and for that I’m grateful. The reason only 4 stars was due to lack of communication. I was the one to ask for updates. They did provide updates timely but I had to initiate the request.

They are quite efficient and they get results. Would recommend them!

I called around and googled for days trying to find an attorney willing to fight for me and take on insurance giant New York Life. I almost gave up. Then Boonswang Law’s Michael Wentz, Esq., signed on. My case has a lot of baffling twists and turns, so initially I wasn’t sure if Mr. Wentz was up to the job, but when I asked him during our first telephone conversation if he was going to be okay, he responded in his cool, unbothered, “I got this” demeanor, “I’ll be fine.” What an understatement. He was GREAT. While our adversaries gamed the system with Roy Cohn-esque smoke and mirror theatrics, Mr. Wentz, my modern-day Atticus Finch, stayed focused on the case law. I’m still a bit awed by his crafty counsel and keen legal mind. No relationship is perfect. We've had our ups and downs. Fortunately, we got through the bumps because Mr. Wentz has treated me with respect, kindness and compassion. He's made me feel like my input and welfare matter. He often asked how I and a family member, who has serious medical conditions, were doing. Also, his unassuming wit and bad jokes kept me in stitches when I needed levity to keep going and deal with what seemed like never-ending nonsense. Thank you, Mr. Wentz, for being my legal gladiator and not pressuring me to settle for less than I deserved. I couldn’t have asked for a better advocate. This law firm is amazing. They handled my case gave it to them and a few months later it was resolved for the full amount that was due. The absolute worst firm they do not call you back or keep you informed with your case. They dragged out my mothers life insurance dispute for over a year and a half. They did absolutely no work I have since gone with another firm who has won my case. Avoid them at all costs they are shady, unprofessional and ineffective.

I was originally hesitant to hire this firm based on some negative reviews, but I’m glad I went with my gut and hired them! Carolina, Zoe, and Samantha are a god send. They are knowledgeable, responsive, and very sweet. The attorneys Michael, Joseph, and Chad have worked hard and diligently and got my claim paid out within a few months!

Chad Boonswang Law Firm is the best! Having loss an only daughter unexpectedly and then the insurance claim denied after months is a nightmare. I researched different law firms and was very impressed with this law firm from the beginning. Zoe was very professional, knowledgeable and precise. I felt that she genuinely cared about me and my situation. Michael was the lawyer and he fought for my grandchildren...remember they loss their mom! No amount of money will bring her back, but at least they can continue on with reaching their goals of completing college. This was my best experience in regards to a law firm. Boonswang took my case over a year ago. After my wife's death, I discovered that the insurance policy was taken over by another company and the new company changed the exclusions for the AD&D coverage. This occured years ago but they continued taking from my bank account. The law firm first told me that they found case law to support my claim that looked promising. After the second denial letter from the insurance company, Boonswang dropped my case (approximately one year later). They told me that there was no case law to support my claim. I can accept this, but I wish they never took my case to begin with. I feel that they were hoping for the insurance company to settle and once they played hardball, Boonswang LF decided to drop my case which was a 300k policy. The attorney was Joseph who was very nice and respectful, but I don't think I would recommend this law firm unless your case is cut and dry.

Absolutely stellar. It’s more the exception than the rule in this day and age to find an attorney who is passionate, compassionate and truly results driven. Chad Boonswag is that exception profoundly. Hands down he’s the best of the best! Within weeks he had my full face value insurance check plus interest when the insurance company had delayed and put me off for eight months. When one suffers a loss that’s bad enough but when insurers leave you wanting contrary to your loved ones intent and hard earned premiums paid unfortunately you’re not going to be successful without an attorney who isn’t just about his bottom line but about dignity, compassion and truly cares.
