Borbi, Clancy & Patrizi

I spoke with an attorney named Borbi, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a lawyer. He was arrogant, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. I explained that the ticket was based on false statements from the officer and that the case could be challenged using camera evidence. Instead of listening or offering guidance, he became confrontational, talked over me, and abruptly cut the conversation short. If you’re looking for someone who will actually hear you out and help you fight a ticket, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Jim Clancy is nice to work with, he was a huge help in getting me a settlement that felt impossible.. I was leaving Rothman feeling defeated by the insurance company so I walked into his office- that’s on the first floor of the Rothman building and took a shot, thank God I did. Trust he’s working on your case to get you what you deserve. Be patient and you’ll win with him.

On January 4th, 2023, I was in an accident through no fault of my own. I was working at the time and had to go to the ER. I had no knowledge of workers' compensation or dealing with insurance companies. I was referred to this law firm by another law firm to help me out, and they exceeded any and all expectations I had. I fell last year on uneven pavement and broke my foot. Had surgery soon after & a friend recommended this Law firm. I have paid out of pocket expenses for my care and now deal with not having normal movement in my feet along with nerves in my feet that are not normal, as well as the trauma that I deal with, being scared to walk outside on pavement. I have the constant thoughts of remembering what the brake of my bones sounded like as I was falling. James Clancy is a professional attorney, and as his client I also felt his compassion and understanding. I had a workplace injury that resulted in a broken bone and tore ligaments. I required surgery, and from my injuries I developed Complications and Complex Regional Pain syndrome. I was in severe pain and he help me navigate to a Doctor who treated me and help me find some relief with a DRG Stimulator implant. He was responsive and knowledgeable to my condition and helped me through a very difficult stressful time, physically, emotionally, and financially. A workplace injury is handled through workman’s compensation this can be very challenging and requires many visits to Doctors, Mr Clancy and his staff made my appointments and kept me informed of my Progress in my case.
