I reached out to Joseph as part of my companies Legal plan: LegalEASE. Even though he was listed as providing consumer law services, he said he was unable to help me with a simple collection letter. I am assuming this is an issue with my LegalEASE plan not paying enough for simple services... I will reach out to LegalEASE and see what they say. I get it that he can't help everyone with everything and has to turn some things down, but it also took several emails and over a week to find out I need to go someplace else. My guess is that if I was paying out of my own pocket for this service and not through my legal plan I would have had a better response. But again, I will reach out to my legal plan.
