Jeffery of the borrel & Riso LLP was the most unprofessional attorney I have ever had the displeasure of retaining. He was extremely lackadaisical in his work ethics. Often times I had to execute basic task in which he was task/required to do based on retainer agreement. In my opinion he was/has grown accustomed to collecting payments via retainer agreement whilst executing little work as it pertains to legal matters. He would’ve been relieve of his legal responsibility had it not been the amount of financial resources that was invested initially. I was extremely disappointed with his ratio, of managing my financial resources to the output is his work. I was able to accomplish more on my own as opposed to his legal representation. My no means this is directed to his character but more so his work ethics. If I ever had a need for legal representation he would be the very last I seek. I have had much better experience with other law firms with Staten Island for lesser cost.

used Borelli a few years ago for a property dispute. he submitted some paperwork to the court, and that was it after charging me thousands of dollars. Never fought for me and agreed to a summary judgment by the judge without hearing my case.
