Sold me out 16 years ago,Lied to me about i could not apeal my case, found My Doctor was working for and misplaced my records.Never informed me court dates when i could have showed up in Chicago to show Im still alive and almost well. Would not see me after finding out the truth.By the way i have evidence that he is no GOOD.
