Everything was going well until settlement came in to play. Mr. Bostick didn’t even return my phone calls to communicate on how the settlement was going and why such amount was settled for. His Paralegal explained that Mr. Bostick felt embarrassed of such low settlement that’s why he didn’t follow up and just had the check ready. All I can say is, if you retain Mr. Bostick, please understand and confirm fees/percentage for his services. His paralegal is great at communicating. I personally will never refer anyone to his firm.
