I would like to take the time to talk about Howard Berkson. I was referred to him through another law firm who were honest enough to bypass my business and send someone who could help me. I had a 3 year fight ahead of me against a powerful opponent, but Howard handled the case with expert knowledge, professionalism, brutal honesty, and great care. Would give no stars if was possible. Was injured on a job with west tree service(do not work there btw) when a tree stump knocked me down and pinned my ankle which made it swell and idk what other damage it did. The safety advisor kept telling me to go home and ice it up and elevate did just that. Next day it was swollen the size of a softball so I called my boss at the time and told him I needed an x-ray to make sure it wasn't broken. Well said degree certifies safety advisor with a college degree kept asking if "are you sure that's what you want to do" after several time he finally agreed and took me to an urgent care which he called before hand and me being hurt was not able to hear the conversation he had with the lady at the desk apparently paid with a company credit card and didn't say it was under workman's compensation. The doctor gave me a prescription. Went over 30 minutes out of my way to pick it up and before I got it I got a call from my boss saying that I failed to follow company guidelines and I was terminated. Talked to JAKOB LANCASTER @OSRON AVENUE LAW who said it was an open and shut case. Had 1 or w emails between us and now will not respond to the last 7 or 8 emails I sent. This all happened September 2021 now it is March 2022 called and left messages and not call back so do with that what you will
