Ryan Durham handled my divorce this past year. At our first meeting, he focused on statutes and strategy and made sure I was clear about not only how things worked, but about how he intended to handle my case. Ryan was assertive in advocating for me. I am in extremely poor health and have an adult disabled son. My ex waited until our son turned 21 to send me unofficial divorce papers from UT, presumably because he figured he would not be required to pay child support. Ryan successfully negotiated generous child support and alimony for us and included judgments in my favor that I had not even thought of. Ryan is incredibly intelligent and a scholar of the law, and he always has his clients' best interests at heart. The only thing that was sometimes an issue was not getting calls or emails back in a timely fashion. However, if the situation was urgent, I would hear from him sometimes in minutes. He was clear about answering my questions, and in a terrible situation, he was one person I could trust and I always knew he would advocate for my best outcomes. And he did. I interviewed 3 divorce attorneys in Lawrenceburg and I knew within 5 minutes of our first conversation that Ryan was the best person in town to handle my case. I'm very grateful.
