My mother in law Received a surgery at penn medicine After the surgery , she ended up getting a severe infection in her neck. And after that developed endocarditis and her quality of life diminished before her eyes. The hospital sent a letter saying that it happens in less than one percent of surgeries, this is most commonly caused by dirty surgical instruments. It took this law office six months to come back and essentially say that they couldn't do anything to help her because "it was correlation not causation" despite the endocarditis being CAUSED by the infection she incurred after her surgery. Complete waste of time, lack of communication and heart to fight for the little people. Judging from similar reviews my guess is that Thomas Bosworth only takes on cases he believes are slam dunk wins and once a better case comes along he offloads the ones he is unsure about under the "correlation and causation" excuse.

An attorney that doesn’t understand correlation≠causation is not a malpractice attorney worth your time or money. Call the bar association for a better referral

Morgan & Morgan Law firm sent me to Bosworth Law 24 months ago. Bosworth has changed their names twice since then and had administrative issues now I find out 24 months later they can’t take my case a new attorney Mr Wasfi tells me he has left me several voicemails. Now we all know with our iPhones that we get our voicemails and our messages and I have not one. He insists that he has called me several times. I simply have no voicemails from him. I just found out from the senior paralegal, Miss Wilson that Mr. Wasifs is handling my case and that I don’t have a case. now I have nothing and I have four months left how disappointing!!!!

An intake assistant took my information, and I was told it would take up to 60 days to get my medical records from my doctors. That was 3 months ago. No one has responded to my latest email follow up asking for an update. I guess the case is not going anywhere, but it would be nice to have an update either way.

Tom has been great with my case and his work ethic is perfection. When I first reached out to him he wasted no time getting straight to the point and opened my case right away. He was honest, understanding and professional. Tom updates me when asked, and answers any questions I have. His staff is efficient and they get to things right away.
