All our questions were answered and any or all changes to documents were handled with honesty and professionalism. One thing I look for in a attorney is, will their firm be their in 20 years. I believe they will be, which will help in my trust changes as I need it amended, in future years. Highly recommend their team.

I knew my current "Estate" plan was not going to work for me, so I took the opportunity to attend a "workshop" in Ventura to see what I could learn and get this deed done! This was worth every minute. I spoke with Karen, and I knew we could work together. Their staff is top notch! I gathered all of my information; completed the workbook and scheduled a date to meet with Karen to create a new plan and Will/Trust to ensure that nothing was overlooked in order to avoid probate for my surviving relatives. Best choice and very reasonably priced!

I hired Botti & Morrison in 2025 To prepare a comprehensive estate plan for me. This work was done in their Ventura office by Karen, who couldn’t have been better to work with. The Estate planning documents that she created included the development of an irrevocable family trust, which knew I needed. I didn’t initially realize that there were other legal documents that I really needed to accompany the family trust. Those were all included in my final estate plan package. Before I hired Botti & Morrison, I did a bit of research, and found they have a stellar reputation. For my experience with them, I certainly endorse that. I also very much appreciate that they were upfront with the total package cost. There were no up sell attempts or surprises once I committed. if you have a chance to attend one of their estate planning seminars, I highly recommend you take advantage of it.
