If I could give ten stars I would! Andy has been absolutely amazing over the last two and a half years and has helped us immensely through our very difficult custody case. What originally started as my husband requesting to have his visitation enforced has turned into him having full custody of his 15 year old daughter. These last years have been far from easy as we were trying to prove alienation on top of medical and educational concerns but after two GAL investigations on top of Andy's amazing assistance with navigating through the court process and helping us to organize the evidence we finally were able to get what we wanted in the end. Everything done throughout the whole process has been handled professionally and efficiently. My wife got them to help with custody, and didn’t do anything…then to drop them had to get approved and they charged us for that as well …if you want a lawyer that tells you they aren’t gonna be there then ends up on zoom anyways these are your lawyers …biggest waist of money..oh and good luck actually talking to lawyer, we got the secretary 90 percent of time lawyer barely had time for my wife

I filed for divorce myself and paid for it. A year later I knew I needed an attorney because my ex was relentless. I needed someone to properly present the mountain of evidence I had against an abusive spouse so he would no longer have control over our lives. Not one single thing was ever presented in court and now my wages are being garnished because of the debt that all got dropped on me since he didn't have to pay a thing. I have a ridiculous vague parenting plan with no child support whatsoever. And I'm still going back n forth to court trying to modify it a year later after paying too much money for mediation that he would never take part in and I never wanted. I got zero representation from this attorney that I hadn't already done myself but hey,I'm divorced none the less,too bad our dreams have been ruined because we can no longer leave state because our abuser of 15+ years won't allow it and my children are forced to endure his abuse every weekend. Wait,his daughter is 16 and she won't go anymore but as for this office....thanks for nothing.

Communication is not all that. Needs improvement. I still insist that communication needs improvement. You do not represent me. That is true. But calling people back after they call your office is part of your job. Your partner didn't call back. I will keep my post up. However, I will give you an extra star since you had a bone to pick with this individual.Even though you know who I am.

This guy was useless. Gave him 2 retainers. One a custody situation. The other was for an order of protection. Two months later still no order of protection or any movement towards a resolution to the custody case.. When I called him ,he was nothing but excuses. He even tried to blame me for his inadequate work. Then he argued with me and charged me a ridiculous price for the phone call. RUN from this guy. Oh, and after I finally convinced him he was fired... it cost me over $500 for him to withdraw from the case.. yes .. he charged me to fire him.. it’s the only result I got from him. As to Mr Bourey’s reply … I stand by my statement… and in my opinion he is a liar and a hack. just an opinion base on my encounter with him.

Andy Bourey…..I could go on and on about how EXCEPTIONAL he was representing for my case! I have an extremely difficult to work with ex-spouse that I filed a petition to lower/modify child support because of my now lower amount of pay. Let’s just say a slew of other legal matters came into play on her part. A very stressful and emotional few months and Andy still took it like a Champ (even with my emotional emails at times). He had a solution for everything her attorney came at us with and at the end the verdict was what was fair for both parties! ANDY WILL WORK AND FIGHT FOR YOU!!! I promise you this! Andy I can’t thank you and your team enough for all that you did for my case! If I ever have to deal with another case with her I’m definitely coming back (if you’re willing to accept again)!

Andrew was very helpful with a debt settlement case for my family. He made the court process much easier on us than trying to navigate it alone. He was in communication on a regular basis and helped us settle for about 35% of what was awarded in court. I highly recommend Bourey Law.
