By far the best lawyers and quite frankly best people you can come across. They handled my worker's comp case and the results were on point. Hello. It doesn't appear that we have spoken to you or been involved in the legal matter you describe. While we can't speak to any particular experience you've had with the workers' compensation process, or any agreement you may have entered to settle a legal matter, we are happy to provide any insight we have, if you would like to give us a call and provide more information. It is certainly true that workers' compensation benefits are limited, by statute, relative to other areas of injury law. However, there often are many things we can do to increase recovery in such cases by way of settlement or award, in addition to seeking all appropriate medical treatment along the way. <br><br>Also, this may be a good opportunity to discuss some of the outcomes we have obtained on behalf of clients in workers' compensation matters. Our firm has recovered tens of millions of dollars on behalf of individuals in North Carolina workers' compensation claims, alone. As a small, husband-and-wife team, we are thankful for our many successes for clients.
