Matt represented me years ago. I had a positive experience, which is why I reached out again in October 2025 to have my records expunged. I was genuinely excited to reconnect with him and share how much my life has changed since then. Unfortunately, my experience this time was extremely disappointing. The receptionist was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I was told I would receive a callback, but no one ever followed up. I was so discouraged. After waiting and hearing nothing, I retained another attorney who filed my expungement paperwork within a day. As of today, my record is clean! Nearly two months later, on January 28, 2026, I finally received a call from this office, only because they had received mail regarding my expungement. That alone speaks volumes about the lack of communication and follow-through. I would have gladly paid their higher prices if the communication and professionalism had been there. Unfortunately, poor communication and an unprofessional receptionist cost them my business. I am grateful to have found another attorney who is responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about their clients, especially the returning ones. I had carried Matt’s business card with me all these years, hoping I would be able to reconnect with him one day under better circumstances, which unfortunately did not happen. If communication, follow-through, and professionalism matter to you, I would recommend looking elsewhere!

My mother had to have her Will completed ASAP and after talking to several different attorneys she chose the Boyd Law Office after speaking with Brittany. My mom was very happy and Brittany answered all of her questions, numerous times, and made my mom feel comfortable in the decisions that she was making with her Estate. Brittany is an amazing assistant and I have seen her personally go above and beyond and help clients like recently after having emergency surgery but yet working for clients while in the hospital and going into the office when she is supposed to be resting! Absolute worst experience i have ever had zero communication from Matt himself would not show up in court always rescheduling even the judge knows im telling the truth and seemed bothered by the fact tht he just refused to ever show up 3 times in a year and a half was all and $3200 later here i am i know no more than i did the day i hired this man then not to mention all i ever got was from Britrany wanting more money and more money whn i would say have Matt call me will discuss it all nothing ever happened i refused to give an additional $3000 to someone who wont call me bk and wont show up in court to do his job he then withdrew himself from my case i had to find tht out from the judge he didnt even have enough professionalism to call or contact me himself to even tell me and im like this other lady on here i have every reciept, every message i ever sent matt with absolutely no responses from him not one mind u in a year and a half and every message ever sent to me and from me to Brittany as well who is so uncurtious and the most unkind person ever not to mention no professionalism at all all she ever wanted was more money for nothing in return idk how these other people got such kind things to say u all must be loaded and was able to just keep shelling out the money to thm is all i can figure cause i would not ever hire this man ever again for nothing and ive never been so happy to not have to deal with the rudest human being Brittany ever again so good luck to those of u who have plenty of money to buy this mans attention but to those of u like me tht r not loaded what ever u do DO NOT waste wht money u do hv on hiring this man cause u will regret it i even gave him $200 more than wht he asked me for to tk my case as a gift to say thank u for working with me he waited till he got my money and thn dropped me like a bad habit i dont usually perticipate in ratings and things like this cause i feel its beneath me to do so but i dont think enough people tell others the truth enough and if we dont then how many more people will he do this to and get away with taking thr money and not doing the job he was hired to do so with tht being said i wanted to share my absolute horrible experience with everyone in hopes tht i can save someone from being taken for alot of money with no results to show for it thanks like the other lady on here i to will be taking what ever steps neccasary to hv my money returned to me cause i do hv everything saved and can prove it 100% for sure without any doudt at all good luck to those out thr needing someone to look out for u just beeare this is not the man to do so

Literally the WORST experience. From the false hope and lies sold in the courthouse hallways to the complete nonexistent communication. I’m still waiting on a refund after 60 days. Filing a bar complaint today and lawsuit soon. Hired this man for my son who was framed with drugs taken off a white child. Asked so many times to suppress evidence or have a probable cause hearing and not only did this man never show up (only on zoom to juvenile court) but also NEVER EVEN SUBMITTED A MOTION OR TRIED!!!! I am beyond livid at the thought of being played by such a HORRIFIC attorney. This man is a SCAM. Didn’t withdraw til I demanded he did for over a month then got completely unprofessional with me via text. I always communicated with this man in writing or recorded conversations so I wish this man would try to come for me. I KEEP MY RECIEPTS.

Super thankful for Matthew and Brittany. Very easy to work with and definitely helpful, two years after the fact, when an issue arose with my case. Didn’t ask for additional payment once I hit this road block years later and Brittany was super helpful with contacting the courts to get answers. Thanks so much! Courts just suck fr and court clerk ladies seem like they hate being alive lol
