This office is handling my dad’s succession. My dad had his will made at this office with Bart Hebert years before his passing. Since my dad passed and the executor my step mom opened the sucession. It has been nothing but chaos and LIES. Barts assistant completely disrespected my dad and all of us by saying Bart was her lawyer. NO HE WAS THE LAWYER OF THE SIVESSI I’M. We were never provided copies of my dad’s will, even though we are listed as heirs on it. Until I was belittled by being told it’s public and I went to La from Oklahoma and paid for copies at the clerk of court. On Nov of 2020!I was told it was closing in about 2 months. That didn’t happen until Oct 2021. We never got to speak to Bart until, I told his assistant I wanted to pay the $250 to meet with him. Then communication started somewhat. His assistant didn’t give messsges. Now that Danielle Menard is handling land sales that we are all co owners of since daddy passed. It’s more chaos and LIES! Last Thursday she told me my brothers out of state couldn’t sign cash sells for the property. And that my older brother wanted to sign over power of attorney. That I needed to go sign as soon as they do that. Now today, Danielle won’t answer direct questions. Said she’d let me know 2 days before closing so I could make the trip and sign. Come to find out, my brothers didn’t give up power of attorney, AND THEY CAN SIGN FOR THEMSELVES OUT OF STATE. So that was a LIE! Why all this chaos and lies!!??? I did take to my brother and so it’s not like we don’t talk. DANIELLE STRSIGHT TOLD ME THEY COULDN’T SIGN THEMSELVES OUT OF STATE AND I REPLIED THATS NOT WHAT BART SAID. They definitely can’t be trusted. Now I’m spending the money my dad wanted to help me on a lawyer due to this chaos. LOOSING A PARENT IS HARD ENOUGH, THEN TO GO THROUGH THIS NONSENSE! Just saddening.
