The experience with Boyer law group has been awesome!!

Awful took no interest in my case would never call back would tell you he'd move forward with injury case and nothing I have been in severe pain with a bad back and disc.for almost 2years paying out of pocket for back treatments gas chiropractor leg and foot doctors and send to his office. I asked for my files back so I could get another lawyer on numerous occasions nothing sent to me. Worst lawyer promised the world delivers nothing. Beware of this guy he could give a hoot.

Bill Boyer is an excellent lawyer to have representing me in my auto accident case. He has the drive and ambition to help innocent victims like myself. I would recommend Bill for all of your legal needs.

My daughter was in a serious car accident in 2003 and I had many issues with the insurance company so I got in touch with Mr. Boyer and if it wasn’t for him I don’t know where we would be right now. I had a slip and fall that happened back on 7/28/21 at Dollar Tree. I know this is hard case to win due to the Engler law, however Bill Boyer Jr took my case after sending him great supporting evidence. Make a long story very short on Oct 6, 2022 I was advised he would not be filing a lawsuit on my behalf as a result of my accident at the dollar store which occurred on the above date. He didn't think that we would be successful in bringing such a claim. I felt completely blind sided. He left me worse off than when I started. My concern is one why he didn't call me with this update I had to call him. My major concern is why it took so long to believe in his opinion that I didn't have a case. Max it should have taken 3 months as advised by another attorney. I am left with medical bills, work loss, and pain and suffering. What makes matters even worse he advised me not to speak with there insurance company last year because I had a lawyer. I am left in the negative because of this situation. How does a lawyer keep your case for over year and now we are not going to file? If you think I believe his law firm did all this work on a charity basis he must think I am not competent. I would suggest if you have a case take it elsewhere because you can get false intent or false hope from this law firm and left worse off than you started. I didn't want to even to give them 1 stars but to post you have to have at least one. I did work with a wonderful rep name Suha but she no longer works there which was out the blue as well. Last time we spoke was in August 2022 via email. I had to find out on a call that I made to them that she no longer works there but she was great! I am sharing my tragedy in hopes that I can prevent this from happening to anyone else. He should have never strung me along for this long and definitely should not have taking my case if he didn't think he could win it. We all know a lawyer won't take a case if they don't believe they can win it. If they do take it and realize they can't win it, it does not take over a year. I don't have to worry about my situation because I am child of God and he always got my back!

Attorney Aull was picked to be the personal representative of my partner's estate. I still haven't received my personal items including family valuables after more than a year of litigation. Heidi Aull won't return emails or can be troubled to provide any solutions. Take your legal business elsewhere!

Attorney Boyer does not respond to phone calls or texts. I found him to be very unprofessional in my situation and was disappointed with his lack of response.
