Met with Brandon yesterday, he spoke to us (my husband and I) in a way that we both understood and was straight forward. He gave us the facts and didnt sugar coat our options! Thank you for being HONEST!

We were extremely disappointed with our experience hiring Brandon Dials and regret hiring him. The services we paid for were not completed, he did not deliver the work we retained him to perform, and we ultimately had to hire another attorney to complete what was a relatively straightforward legal matter. The second attorney’s fees were significantly lower, approximately 75% less than what we were charged initially. Based on our experience, we strongly recommend interviewing at least three attorneys before making a hiring decision. We also suggest considering attorneys who offer complimentary consultations. Remember, you are the client, you are hiring them to work for you.

Today 9/5/25 I went to visit my attorney Brandon Dial. I have been a client of his for well over 20 yrs. He has help with numerous transactions from closings, divorces to wills and estate planning. I am grateful for his guidance and knowledge. Thru these years I have witnessed his growth both as an attorney and as a wonderful family man. I had a wonderful experience working with Brandon Dial Law Firm. Brandon was an excellent attorney who was both professional and friendly. His staff was also very responsive and helpful throughout the process. I would highly recommend this law firm to anyone in need of legal assistance.

Do NOT Recommend! This is my ex husband lawyer. He was paid since last December to do nothing apparently. All he did was personally call me which is a big conflict of interest. I have my own attorney so there’s should be nothing up for discussion with Mr Dial. After calling me one, there was no litigation filed. There was no attentiveness to his clients concerns. There was no follow up about the next course of action after being paid a hefty amount. We are amicable and decided our own terms for a simple parenting plan modification. Where Mr Dial asked for more money. I don’t understand why because I printed the documents in my home and I helped my Ex Husband fill them out. Since April 2025. Mr Dial was given a timeline with enough time for him to do his job. But instead I had to take it upon myself to keep harassing his office to get any update. In May we were given some affidavits, again I helped my ex husband fill them out (where is my compensation for doing the job his lawyer was paid for) Again in May the timeline was mentioned with no importance to Mr Dial. I had to set back my plans in order to accommodate the lack of work and again there’s no compensation for me doing his job. Finally at the end one June we were seen to sign papers, where his staff said they would file the very next day since the setbacks were on them. That was not done, the papers were not filed until the following week. I’m speaking out now in July because our modification has finally been signed by a judge as of July 11th. You will be very disappointed for hiring this attorney for your family needs. The staff is rude, they do not answer phone calls, they listen to your voicemails and text or email you back which is extremely unprofessional. Being paid thousands of dollars you’d think they would be looking for you to make sure they have done their job, unfortunately that’s not the case. I can only share my experience. I would have never hired such a lawyer, they talk a good game but once you come out of pocket you’re on the back burner. Without saying any names I can assure you my attorney is much better equipped to handle family law. Office staff is always attentive, they call you back within the same day. And definitely would not have cost us $4500 for a simple uncontested parenting modification. My attorney would have done it for half the price! Do yourself a favor and Do NOT Hire or further recommend this attorney for any of your family needs.

I was awarded sole custody of my daughter thanks to his knowledge of the legal system and spot on skills. I could not have asked for a better advocate.

Our company did his lawn care at his personal home and office for months. We never had any complaints from him about our services until he ran up about $6,000 worth of bills and he decided not to pay us. We gave him gps proof and all our internal logs. He has refused to pay any of his bills to another local small business I have no idea why anyone would hire someone like this for anything
