Great lawyers

I inquired for a family court consultation. The receptionist mishandled my contact information. She was hostile and very unprofessional making false allegations, she did not even dial the correct number i provided several times. I do not recommend this lawfirm as the administration mishandled even your basic contact information. I will look for an professional lawfirm elsewhere. I'm glad I discovered this early so I dont waste money or valuable time here. I highly recommend looking else where for professionalism.

Even though they could not assist me due to jurisdiction. They still provided me with helpful tips to move forward. They're pleasant to speak with. I recommend them and I'll use them in the near future.

I reached out to this firm about a mold issue with my apartment and filled out their online intake form. I was declined without any follow-up questions, which makes me believe they are no longer taking mold cases. It would have been helpful to know that in advance, as I spent time submitting all the details. Just sharing this so others looking specifically for mold-related representation know what to expect.

I called to see if they could help with my case, and although they couldn’t- the lady who answered was polite and insightful.

Experienced a very poor discovery call with their non-lawyer admin. You ask to hear my story and come to conclusions based on your own assumptions because as an admin do you really know what questions to ask? You act as a gatekeeper, but you rudely dismissed me without much of an explanation or guidance that I asked for. I’ll gladly move onto another firm, I can’t stand the absolute arrogance from some admin.

Even though I wasn’t able to move forward with a case, I had such a great experience working with Darien. She was polite, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer my questions and made me feel heard and respected. You can tell she truly cares about people and goes above and beyond in her role . Highly recommend reaching out to her if you ever need guidance or support!

Worse law firm ever they don't care or help unless it is simple and easy the worse .only get these lawyers if you have a very very easy case they are lazy lazy lazy

UPDATE: About 6 months after this review and things were "final" an issue came up regarding debts. So, I reached out to this law firm to ask a question and Brandy told me that she could not assist because of this review...she even sent me a copy of the review as her reason for denying any assistance. RUN from this place as fast as you can! . After reviewing my final, signed decree, this firm still missed more errors that I can count. If they expected me in the hardest moments of my life to be responsible for catching when it should "petitioner" or "respondent" then WHY did I pay them over $7,000!? Do not use this firm, as other people have stated the wait time, lack of responses unless it's about payment and complete coldness to the process does not make this worth any amount.

Legal matter I was worried about was set at ease after one call.

I just want to say the woman that answered the phone was so thoughtful and caring and answered all my questions. It's refreshing to have someone show so much empathy.

It’s not easy reaching out to an attorney, especially when you’re going through something personal and difficult. But from the moment I called, the intake lady made the process so much easier. She was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. She took her time walking me through everything and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed or judged. That level of compassion really meant a lot to me. Which isn’t always the case when dealing with legal matters. Thank you for making a tough situation a little more bearable.

The lady that handles the intake of new clients was extremely rude. She was very argumentative. I was confused because I call for assistance but the lady would constantly interrupt me to the point I couldn’t finish a single sentence. She hung up on me in the middle of explaining my situation. The interaction with her was unprofessional and a bad look on the firm.

I called for help with an issue. The woman answering the phone and taking information was very condescending and spoke to me as if I were completely stupid to the point I quit asking anything and thanked her for the information and hung up. She stated she could send a cease-and-desist and I informed her that one had already been sent to them. What could be done since they didn’t see so deist. She said something to the fact of that she wished people could get in trouble for not being nice. Later when I ask my question again because she never answered it, she said I’ve already answered that … Would absolutely never recommend. No tact. This speaks volumes to their greed.

🟥🟥 RED FLAG 🟥🟥 Do NOT use this firm! NO results, NO communication, NONE - timely sense of urgency, or professionalism. This firm is quick to take your money, and the result is nothing on their end. Then, they have the nerve to say it is non-refundable. Paid over $2,300 and nothing! Enjoy the free money since it seems y'all need it, BUT for everyone else, just a fair warning: DO NOT USE THIS FIRM! The rating is DEFINITELY a negative less than a star!

Although, this law office was unable to assist me with my legal matters. Darian was EXTREMELY helpful, and transparent. I was very appreciative of that. Who’s to say that I won’t need their services in the future. Building relationships just by being genuine, courteous, supportive, and knowledgeable. Thank you again!

They responded to my inquiry the next day even though it was a service they do not provide. The attorney liaison was very professional and even referred me to someone else that would be able to help me with my case.

We got our LLC sale agreement reviewed by attorney Justin Wood. The flat fee per page was the reason for picking the company. However, the service to get booked and documents reviewed was above and beyond what we expected. Easy and affordable.
