If I could give zero stars I would. This guy has ZERO people skills. He spoke down to m my husband every time we met with him. He was very very rude and condescending. I do not recommend ever doing business with this guy. He does the bare minimum. I asked him if we could add my car in the bankruptcy after it was discharged and this was his response to me: When did you become a lawyer? You cannot amend a petition after you have been granted a discharge. If you can find another lawyer, then hire them. I have fulfilled all of my duties to you. I stayed in constant contact, 24/7, prepared and filed your petition and took care of your reaffirmation agreements. We talk about this and you wanted to keep the vehicle as evidenced by your signing the reaffirmation agreement with the lender. I don't know what you have done but I cannot help you anymore with this issue. Once you are granted a discharge my obligations to you are over. Sorry. He is AWFUL! Do not use him.

I called Monday and we scheduled a consultation for Tuesday. He called me later that afternoon and said he had to go out of town for court on Wednesday and Thursday, so we rescheduled for Friday at 12:00. He told me he should be back in town but he would call if he wasn't. I arrived at his office and waited for 30 minutes in the hall because his door was locked. I called and he said we didn't have an appointment and he was out of town. I wasted all week waiting for this appointment when I could have gone elsewhere.
