Totally professional and client friendly...

We live in Texas but have a summer cabin in Colorado. We needed to have our Colorado property warranty deed transferred to our Trust. Everything was conducted by email and went smoothly. I also like the fact that we were charged a flat rate and we weren't charged extra for every question or email! Melanie was a joy to work with. She added a personal touch and I felt like I knew her.
