I was in a motorcycle wreck July 2023 and was out of work for 4 months. I had never dealt with lawyers before. My case got referred to Mr. Breeland from Daniel Stark. There were some communication concerns but that may just be that I didn't like being in the dark with so many unknowns but when I had questions Mr. Breeland was very patient with me and answered them to the best of his abilities. When my insurance and doctors tried to charge me AND demand money from the settlement amount Mr. Breeland did a great job getting that sorted out and did the same when my orthopedic sent debt collectors my way. Obviously I hope to never need an injury lawyer again but if that need arises again I'd trust Mr. Breeland again.
