No letters, no court papers, and no warning... Took everything out of 4 bank accounts my name was on, including my 17yr old daughters account.....

I called to pay my bill in full and they wouldn't let me until the sheriff sent over the summons fee. Pathetic. I could of paid what was owed and then could of payed what was left. I'm physically coming to pay ASAP So they can't continue to put me off. They're playing games

I was misinformed multiple times on the details, time frames and expectations for my case and was getting bounced back and forth between them and the hr payroll of my employer. I felt my case was mishandled without much care, dragging of the feet, and incompetence with the communications between the two parties that lead to much unnecessary confusion and surprises where I had to step in and force them to do their jobs correctly. Would dread these people handling anything important, like my finances or my livelihood within my life ever again.

They took double my judgment and now here i wait to see if they will return any

I came to an agreement with this company and they broke it immediately. Lie to your face and NOT willing to work with you. Horrible people work here, don't waste your time with them as they are out to screw you over in any way possible. minus 5 stars!!!

Even being on the opposite sides of a lawsuit, Mr. Boomsma helped me to understand the terminology and the different nuances of the suit. Yes, I would highly recommend him.

Weird to give 5 stars to a law firm that's collecting ON me not FOR me. But honestly, debts aside, very helpful and professional interactions.

This shady law firm represents the equally shady Charisma Property Management for their debt collection. When we moved from our apartment, Charisma sent us a bill with ridiculous charges. Then, they sent that insane bill to Breit & Boomsma (a debt collecting law firm) for debt collection. We responded to every request from them for documentation and have certified mail receipts to prove they received them. BUT since those responses weren't sent to the court, as well, they get to legally pretend like nothing was sent to them. These attorneys make their money because the people they're suing can't afford an attorney. Shady property management company working with a shady law firm. Beware!

The trashiest place ever. I have absolutely no words for how terrible they are. They took EVERY penny from my account, with NO warning.

Great legal advice and didn't waste my time just to accumulate a larger bill. Glenn is always quick to respond to emails or phone calls and has been very professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend this office and Glenn for any LL/Tenant disputes.

They say I was served but I was not and so the matter goes to court and judge automatically rules. I had no chance to be there.

according to tzadik management glenn did not tell me the correct amount that was owed to my landlords so even though i payed him almost $400 for his job he still messed up good luck future clients
