Fred Bremseth took my case because he saw an easy “money grab”. When it was determined that my case was not a strict liability case, the communication between Fred Bremseth and his paralegals was very contradictory. Through the coarse of a couple years I was blind-sided by tons of unknown costs that were never communicated to me, nor approved. Most of this guy’s expert witnesses were objected to by the defense. They are all in on the money grab. They didn’t pay a few of the costs that I was aware of and I actually ended up at collections. He has motivated paralegals but unfortunately his commitment to my case was phony. Now I’m broke, disabled, and unemployed. Please stay away! This guy has made a fortune off of the misfortune of others. I could probably name a bunch of other things that I don’t want anybody to endure. Just do yourself a favor, go elsewhere. And yes I was a client. It's funny how your site had very few reviews until I left my review. For the record... I was a client and Fred stuck it up my arse. I did not meet Fred until the day of trial. FYI, there was only one review on this website prior to my posting. It's clear that some of these reviews are fabricated. This one is not! Every post is from an ex-railroader and now an employee by Bremseth Law. Don't do it to yourself. Consult with the union before calling this scumbag firm.

I had Fred Bremseth in a FELA case, and he did an excellent job for my case. I contacted two other FELA lawyers first and they said I didn't even have a case. Mr Bremseth agreed to take my case and he worked it up thoroughly and we received an excellent settlement. I would highly recommend him.
