WORST Attorney ever!! She is completely disorganized and forgetful! HUGE WASTE OF MONEY!!!

She was retained, once my tort claim was accepted she expected me to do the grunt work which I had no idea what to do and because of her, my claim was left sitting on her desk until the statue of limitations had run its course and there was nothing I could do. I was not knowledgeable of what to do and how long I had. 10 years later I am suffering from what was done and have so much out of pocket medical bills. Shame on you Ms. Brennan. I am disappointed in you and your work lazy work ethic. I suffer everyday because of you. I reached out and explained my case to a couple other attorneys and they agreed that I had a perfect case and the claim was accepted, you should have fought for me and it is a shame you didn't cause I deserve it.

Monica Brennan is a fantastic lawyer. She is easy to get ahold of a extremely passionate about her work. Would recommend to anyone facing legal trouble against the questionable Idaho Police Department! A true junk yard dog!

I had the same experience as Lauren Dougher however paying for her services was never a problem. I left multiple messages for her personally as well as with her para legal and her staff. If she was not available or un interested she could have simply had her staff call me back to let me know. They strung me along all the while. To this day, i have never received a call. Attorneys are a dime a dozen and her services do not rate well. Definitely let her swim in her own euphoria. DONT CALL THIS ATTORNEY!

I would personally not hire her. Saw numerous reviews online saying she is a crook. I called atleast a half a dozen times when I finally had the $ to hire her and she never called me back. Almost 2 years later tried to give her the benefit of the doubt. Scheduled consultation and called and left message to reschedule. She also didnt call me back. This is very rude and unprofessional to do to a prospective client. It's for the best because she could of done this nonsense AFTER I paid $ and not called and helped me. Always look at reviews. We need to look out for each other to prevent $ and time lost.
