My case is still ongoing but I am very impressed with service I am receiving. I am only one client out of thousands, but my phone calls are always immediately forwarded and returned promptly. Jan 2025 update: the firm is still working on my case and has been diligent in reaching out to me when further input is needed from me. Even with a change in my contact info, they have still exhausted all avenues in trying to reach me and did not give up like most others would. That goes a long way with me!
