Forceful tactics to get me to sign her as a disability lawyer after very first meeting. And guess what, she lost my case while providing little to zero ideas to present in front of the judge. Now had to wait years for an appeal case. This woman is not fit for current times. Edit: Carol Brent claims I was never a client of hers. That's all you need to know about how professional the service is that you will receive. She will apparently jump through more hoops to defend her Google reviews than your own case.

Furthermore, she is direct and respectful and confident and walks you through the whole process. She also emphasizes the importance of advising her clients to keep her up-to-date with any new additional information. Needless to say if I had known Carol Brent previously in my professional career and networking, without a doubt I would have referred her to many of my clients for her expertise with social security cases. I had a SSD claim that I was confident enough to handle my self in 2018. It was denied multiple times, went to a hearing and ultimately denied again. I was on the brink of just giving up. Three months have passed and I have received none of the monthly payments. I called Carol for help thinking that since she was hired to secure benefits for my son that if we're still not receiving monthly payments her job is not done, apparently I was wrong!! I called her for help because I'm getting nowhere with the ppl at social security and we were abruptly disconnected!!!!! Im assuming she hung up since she never called me back!
