Bressman Law was unprofessional and inflexible during intake. I called for a consultation about a rear-end collision case, sent a detailed case summary, and set a reasonable boundary: I wasn't comfortable providing my SSN and home address via email before we'd even agreed to representation. That's basic security practice, and it’s especially concerning given my documented disabilities (autism/ADHD). Instead of working with me on this, and despite expression significant interest via the phone consult, the firm immediately declined the case and told me to find other counsel. They showed no flexibility, no understanding of disability accommodation needs, and no willingness to problem-solve a simple issue. This is well documented via email with the firm, and there was no disrespectful conduct from my side. I’ve included screenshots to refute the claims of the firm below. If they won't work around a basic request for secure information handling before hiring them, I have no confidence they'd handle a complex case with the care it needs. Save yourself the headache and find an attorney who actually listens to clients.
