If you haven’t been in a situation where you need a lawyer, you should know that no one ever wins, so my advice would be to avoid a legal situation if you can at all do so. He could explain why you would want to pursue one strategy or another, and he could identify supporting information for the different strategies, and evaluate their strengths and their weaknesses. At the end of the day no legal action is enjoyable. However, engaged in one with Brett I felt very well represented by someone who knew the law, who considered multiple perspectives and options, assessed different outcomes over the course of the engagement, and who also thought about my case and regularly set and re-aligned my expectations, as needed from time to time.
