Brett Oppenheimer took the time to LISTEN to what had happened to me after surgery. He explained the pros and cons of my case in a way that was easy to understand. He didn't talk over my head. He was respectful, compassionate and also very precise in explaining. I really like that about him. He agreed that I should get a second opinion from another doctor and I did. I reported back to him the diagnosis of the 2nd Opinion and Brett explained to me why he wouldn't cover the case. He was also enthusiastic and supportive that the 2nd Opinion looked hopeful in that the medical condition should be resolved after treatment and therapy. He didn't take my case, but he explained WHY NOT and he did it in a very professional and supportive manner. I respect that approach, and I respect Brett Oppenheimer for being so authentic.
