Handled my accident case remarkably. Chose to use them because they were great with my hubby's work comp case few years ago. Even thou mine was a head on accident. It was nice knowing I had people that knew all the laws and handled everything. They communicated greatly. Highly recommend using them.

I was a little disappointed I could not speak to a lawyer directly. I had to tell the receptionist the basics of my case and then she went off and talked to the lawyer. Would have been nice if I could have done that myself. They did not want to take my case. They gave me an 800 number for a lawyer referral. I've called them for days on end and keep getting a recording that they're either too busy or employee training and try again later so I'm getting nowhere with help
