This case being ongoing for about a year now with in that year they never reach out with updates I have to call & when I do call get the runaround this is by far one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a legal team I call today to see what's going on & the telephone has been changed I've been trying to email to obtain the new num number no response so I'm a just file a claim to the state board because this is unprofessional & ridiculous if it was zero stars I would of definitely selected that

My experience with Brain Cable Law has been great they did everything they said that they were quick and responsive once they received the information they need everything went smooth and a fairly quick outcome thank you guys.

Throughout the entire process, updates were practically non-existent. I had to spam call them day after day, sometimes leaving multiple messages, just to get one brief response. There was no proactive communication, no reassurance, and no real guidance—only silence unless I chased them endlessly. By the time I realized how poorly my case was being managed, it was almost too late. Rather than feeling supported, I felt ignored, stressed, and completely left in the dark. A lawyer is supposed to advocate for their client and provide peace of mind, but this firm did the exact opposite.

Brain and his staff are amazing! They help me out with my car accident and made me not worry about all my health bills. Brain and his staff are friendly and helpful in making sure you understand what is going on. I would recommend them to anyone. They are the best!!

I rarely ever leave reviews but I felt like this review would help someone out who is in serious need of a lawyer. I was in a terrible accident after recently giving birth and having to deal with postpartum I didn't have the patience nor energy to deal with the stress that comes after being in a accident. I met with Brian Cable and left everything in his hands. He was very reassuring and gave me the confidence needed to know that he would fight for me and that I would receive the settlement that I deserved. Brian gave me his own personal cell number and was willing to speak with me even when he was not in the office for the day. He went above and beyond what was expected. Everyone in the office was so pleasant to speak with and if there ever was a time that they needed to get more information they reached back out to me within 3 days. I am excited to say that I have received the settlement that I deserved with little to no stress. This has been by far the worse experience I’ve ever had working with any law firm. There is no clear communication or timely responses. And whenever you do get someone on the phone, no one knows anything. I’d rather have my pet dog represent me at this point. It’s been over 7 months and I still haven’t received my settlement or any clue of when I will receive it. If you receive a call from Brian Cable’s law firm please RUN the other way!!!!

All staff is very friendly They always got back to me with any of my needs or concerns. My settlement came in pretty fast and I was happy with how it all worked out

Best lawyer i ever dealt with, was a wonderful lawyer

It was a very traumatic experience for me dealing with this lawyer honestly felt like I needed a lawyer for my lawyer. Honestly I wish I had the time and patience to go threw the state board r whom ever and make a complaint, and redo my case. He pretty much made a fool out of me so I just wanted it to be done and over with. It makes you wonder how many times he got away with taken money from people I have never got scammed in my life til I met with brain and his team, everything about this place screams unprofessional he doesn’t take his clients into a private office there isn’t one!!! just run for the hills okay go to someone you trust cause it’s not these people for sure…FYI!!! He have like 6 assistance so I believe his reviews r fake don’t quote me but I’m pretty sure
