I'm streaming with Defense Diaries podcast on day 5. Bob and Ali are losing their minds about how the prosecutor is driving this narrative. He's arguing in front of the witness, Mamoo, and then misrepresents what she said! Where are the objections? The damage is done. The judge needs to rein this in. You guys can do better. Don't let this mediocre prosecutor run the show. -muzzy

Never a call or text n 6 mths about my son who was 19 and go jammed up thinking it was cool but it wasn’t , set up online cyber undercovers , if you’re just joking around or smoking with your friends, that’s not even anything powerful my son didn’t even know it was illegal. My doctors offered it to me. Yeah there’s different grades but trust me. This kid was not a drug dealer whatsoever the people fronted if somebody with mega money, mega followers, and it made me feel like he was cool, and he had already had mental health problems from trauma, his whole life, and this lawyer never called me back never the day of court couldn’t find a wrong court. Room called his office five times kept asking me my name and number over and over like a robot. I was trying to be a paralegal about 25 years ago and I quit because I would not live for a lawyer. You know I know that’s your job to lie and try to get people off but not cost someone’s mother back who is in horrible health and needs her son out and he just lost his father too was really a horrible situation and thank God it’s over with but he’s a lousy lawyer and if maybe if you pay for him, he could be good. My son should’ve been out in three weeks tops not six months. It cost me so much money when I only live on disability, and this man owes me an apology. My son could’ve got Fastrak a long time ago. He could’ve had contact with me. This could’ve been his child very disappointed in his mannerism he must not believe in Jesus or God because anyone who does would not act like this yeah that’s his own personal preference but me as a Christian I care about other people I love people the way Jesus loves people and the love of God shot me. I know everyone’s not like me, but this man should’ve said something to me instead of having me worrying and running around the courthouse with heart failure for 2 1/2 hours sweating trying to find where my son was the other day whether his people in the office are incompetent. I just said maybe if you give him money he’ll respond but you’re getting paid anyway the state’s gonna pay it’s just uncalled for.

Brian Hobbs is the epitome of advocacy for his clients. His law firm is professionalism at its finest. Mr. Brian Hobbs’s legal expertise, quality of care and patience weathered me through one of the legal biggest storms of my life. His many years of expert legal experience was an asset for navigating the intricacies of the legal system; this provided me with assured confidence that advanced me through this lengthy process. Essentially, I suffer from severe anxiety, nevertheless, I was able to reach a platform of calm as Mr. Hobbs steered the legal complexities of my case, while still providing transparency and clarity about the process. Brian Hobbs Law Firm is the personification of success in my case, as well as with other cases. He deserves the highest rating possible for this platform. In conclusion, Mr. Hobbs worked tirelessly for me whilst he navigated the legalities of Fulton County Superior Court System. He is well respected and I understand why. He was patient, transparent, honest, and open with me. He provided insight, understanding and most of all a positive resolution. I would like to thank Mr. Hobbs for his help, knowledge, and proficiency.

If you are looking for a compassionate, caring attorney call Mr Hobbs. My family and I were seeking advise and had called several attorneys who were only interested after explaining the details in asking for large amounts of money upfront without any hope. We prayed for God to guide us to the right person and we found Mr Hobbs. He was very helpful and knowledgable and gave us a lot of details to encourage us regarding next steps. Mr Hobbs is the kind of lawyer that everyone needs for their family. He cares and he will be honest with you. Its not just about the money for him. He really helped us a lot! We need more attorneys that care about the people and not just making money off of people who work hard everyday and unfortunate situations arise. May God continue to bless and prosper you Mr Hobbs!!

Communication is something Mr.Hobbs finds completely unnecessary. It seems as though he has a call center that all calls get forwarded to and no one returns calls. The office has had no one there as well. Over promises results and disappears when you ask for an update on the results. Several other reviews say the same as well so take the warning before you are in this situation.

Not sure what the issue is, requested copy of contract I signed a few years back, multiple times, yet haven't received it, receptionist and paralegal have both stated it would be in the mail or emailed, yet 2 months have passed, no copy

My very easy injury case took approximately 6 years; Brian NEVER went to the site where I fell (3 minutes from my home) after 3 years we barely heard from him and he lost a No Brainer case. He refused to return shining my calls and emails and we didn’t hear from him in almost 2 years, then he resurfaced to deliver a horrific, apathetic, unprepared argument in front of the judge and then disappeared again. He never even told us that he lost our case. My daughter had to track down our case from the clerk of court. We will be filing a complaint with the state bar and I urge any of you who he has wronged and treated unprofessionally to do the same!

So far things are going pretty well. He is my son's court appointed attorney. Yes, he is ridiculously hard to get ahold of. That being said, having worked in the legal field, most attorneys are. Honestly, I could care less as long as we can get the outcome we are seeking. The case is still ongoing, but through his negotiations with the DA, we fully expect it to be dropped in the next few weeks. He's really good, just be patient and stay the course.

I was incarcerated not only for severe felonies I acquired due to making mistakes, but also for violating an ongoing misdemeanor probation sentence I was enduring when I got arrested. Brian was gracefully appointed to me due to lack of funds, and when I say he is a miracle worker, best believe that he is. A pure blessing if you will. He’s achieved unheard outcomes for me, extenuating from maintaining my first offenders, winning a civil forfeiture case, and also refraining me from serving time for major drug related felonies. He’s a great attorney, and person overall. He’s willing to work with you, and make ends meet to your expectations even if it means going to the end of the world to do so. I highly recommend everybody hire him on as an attorney. My life truly would be in shambles without his assistance. Some would say his response time isn’t 100% all the time, but every attorney is very busy with acquiring the best outcomes to better lives who need bettering. He always gets in contact when the time is right, and information is acquired. Don’t ever count him out. I’m very thankful for him, and his services.

My initial review was low untill I spoke with Mr Hobbs myself. I was going off everyone else's point of view and the limited knowledge I could find on public record. He took the time to explain the facts of what is going on with my son's case. I am now confident in his ability to represent my son and realize he has done the best he can to get the best outcome for him. If you are having a hard time getting in contact with him try your best to stay patient, believe me I know it's hard BUT I believe that when you do speak to him your questions and concerns will be addressed and you'll be at ease. Give him the chance to help you!

He is extremely nonchalant and is ridiculously slow about returning calls and texts (it often takes SEVERAL weeks). I’m happy for the people who he represented well, but my experience was the total opposite from these reviews. I definitely have my theories about why we were treated so poorly, but I don’t want the message that he is completely unprofessional and not forthright AT ALL to be lost in translation. I’m sure there’s a group of people that he may be passionate about helping, but I can think of another group that he couldn’t care less about.
