We hired Brian Edwards after my significant other had already been incarcerated for over a month on a charge that, from the beginning, was complete BS. If you’re looking for a great defense attorney, Brian is the guy. My son was looking at 60 months with no credit for his time he has already served and would still be on probation when he got out. Brian got him all his credit, and no probation when he comes home in 14 months. His probation officer kept pushing to get him 60 months with no credit and back in probation when released. Brian did his thing and got my son a great deal. I recommend Brian for defense attorney needs.

I highly recommend Brian Edwards. My son got arrested for VOP. I called Brian and he was easy to talk too and would always return my phone calls. I was very pleased with Brian's hard work and dedication in my sons case When we had the Revocation hearing it turned out better than expected!! My son spent 26 days in Lee County, Brian was able to get him time served without any more probation and fines.

I have been arrested so many times for misdemeanors and 1 felony dwi in New York and now Florida as I made it my permanent residence I have never used the same attorney after the case was settled throughout my life before I met Brian and Brian has represented me probably a dozen times in Lee County I consider him my lawyer on permanent retainer lol it’s a joke between Brian and i a friend of mine that got arrested for capital murder and my friend hired Brian recently I have had a lot of experience with lawyers over my lifetime when I first moved to Florida I won’t say the lawyers Name but he’s in Lee county he’s an attorney I Refused a DWI test in Lee county with a new York suspended license due to 10,000 in fines I had to pay New York before Florida could give me a Florida license And I hire this lawyer explaining I have 2 prior dwi’s in New York but I now live in Florida permanently I didn’t submit to any test or admit I was drinking I got arrested about 10 years ago and He assured me he would get the case dropped So I paid him the money To only find out that I ended up sitting in jail for 4 months He told me to plea guilty Since I had two priors in New York, and this is a sweet deal because my New York, criminal record follows you in Florida so 4 months Was the best he could get me guess what I found out when I got out of jail my New York license that was suspended still and never transferred to Florida New York blocked me in the computer because of this Florida dwi so this lawyer didn’t advise me that I still have a New York license and the stupid lawyer didn’t know that this Florida dwi that he convinced me to plead guilty to as he kept telling me, it’s your first one in Florida Well I find out after sending 10,000 dollars to New York to unblock me so the Florida tax collector can give me a Florida license because I’m a permanent resident the lawyer didn’t know that Florida put the dwi on as a New York conviction and New York took my driving privileges away through the whole country for 25 years it’s called the 3 strike rule and he didn’t know what he was doing since this has happened Brian Edwards has been the only lawyer since that incident happened 10 years with just another bad lawyer sine Brian stepped in my life I’ve never done any jail time. nor probation I would say he’s represented me at least eight times he gets to know his clients on a personal level and he knew how to deal with the prosecutor’s office so due to a Lee County attorney that didn’t know what he was doing He messed my life up for 25 years and theres nothing I can do about it except have Brian Edwards in my corner Don’t hesitate to use him Because all people that need a lawyer after they’ve been arrested and nervous on Who to hire looking at price and is he or she the lawyer really capable of keeping them out of jail well I can assure you he’s both of them. His prices are right. And many times I thought I was looking at jail and probation to only get a surprising phone call all you gotta do is pay your fine I had a few other issues that he also has handled in the same manner and one last thing Brian is representing a friend of mine now on a capital murder case that’s how much we trust him either I or my friend researched any other lawyers for him because Brian has done not just misdemeanor petty crime stuff he’s qualified to handle a capital murder trial and he was reasonable with the money to handle a case like this because he cares for his clients Brian your the best I’m glad you’re my friend and attorney
