I was introduced to this firm through a friend, and this is my second time using it. Both cases were handled by Dave, the manager, and I can once again say that he is truly trustworthy. At first, I had many questions and concerns, but he kindly explained everything to me and provided detailed updates on the current progress, allowing me to wait with peace of mind. I’ll be honest, before my accident, I had only ever seen lawyers on TV. I had a bias that they were intimidating, expensive, and maybe not really there to help. After my accident, my car was totaled and left at a shop for parts. While I was there collecting my things, the gentleman helping me commented that it looked like a really serious crash. He told me to reach out to his family friend who helps people in these situations. I was wary, but he reassured me over and over that it was free and that she was truly just there to help.
