I had a slip and fall injury that really messed up my right knee. I was left limping and in tears every time I had to bend my knee, especially while trying to care for my toddler. When I initially called around, I had one Lawfirm basically laugh in my face. They told me that for my slip and fall accident it was best to just file a claim and pocket whatever the insurance would give me and call it a win. After that call, I felt ashamed for even calling and inquiring. However, I had an entirely different experience once I called BWL. I say this with complete honesty - every.. single… person that i have spoken and dealt with with this firm, have provided impeccable service and knowledge. They made me feel seen, validated, and ensured that I would get the help needed to get my knee normal again. To preface, I’ve never contacted a law firm for anything before. I thought I was done! I was in a car accident where my car was totaled. The police report sounded like I made a mistake but when I explained in detail what happened to Bridgewater Law Group, they assured me they would help as best as they could. It took about a year and a half but we were able to prove that I was NOT at fault. My car was 4 months brand new (and with no gap insurance 😭) and it was completely totaled.
