This law firm is fantastic. Alison is a great attorney- smart, tough, no nonsense, thorough, detail-oriented, and incredibly efficient. My professional life, and possibly my freedom, depended on Alison’s defense. My nursing license unjustly came under attack by a dishonest and corrupt hospital administration and Alison defended me vigorously. She fought tooth and nail for me to maintain my license and my profession. She won my case and got all allegations dismissed outright by digging for the truth, holding the hospital responsible for their own incompetence and dishonesty, and fighting hard to prove my innocence. I highly recommend Alison to any medical professional who needs to have their professional license defended. Attorney Briggs served as a visitor from probate court to my brother in assisted living to aid the court in deciding my brother's guardianship. In all aspects Ms. Briggs acted with professionalism but with added compassion for my brother's circumstances and sensitivity to his feelings. Visitation in these matters can be very difficult, but Ms. Briggs did an excellent job.

Don't know what I would have done without the help of Alison Wholey Briggs. I had been backed into a corner over a serious work issue, and with her guidance, was able to turn the situation around. Had my mother's injury case for 3 years and dropped us with no warning as the attorney was leaving the firm. You would think they would have had another one take over, but no we had to scramble to find a new attorney ourselves. Horrible experience
