I called this morning and they said they could schedule an appointment as early as tomorrow, and that they'd send me a text message to confirm this afternoon. Nothing happened this afternoon, so I called again. Around 5 PM, they sent a message asking me to send them an email. What's the point of this extra step? I sent the email several hours later, and then they asked for insurance information. Aren't these steps things that can be confirmed immediately over a phone call? What's the point of these two extra steps? Today I called and they said they didn't have time.

Their attitude changed immediately after I paid. They won't answer my calls, and they always make excuses about not having time to discuss the case! What a garbage law firm! The person surnamed Ye has an extremely poor attitude and character. They're practically inhuman; even the 5-star reviews are fake, written by someone else.
