Waited around two weeks for consult appt. Conversation with Williams felt arrogant, dismissive, and rude as if he was bored or bothered. After 15 minutes of being interrupted and corrected by egotistical and annoyed tone, I asked if there might be another attorney within the firm who might be a better fit, he continued to express disinterest and then told me to find another firm. The call was a disrespectful waste of time.

Chris McCormack was truly a godsend! He worked miracles for me and I can't express enough how thankful I am. He's so smart and well educated in the law that it's almost unbelievable. I was facing 2 charges. One with a 5 year prison sentence and the other carried 10. He worked an amazing deal for me that end in a 90 county jail sentence doing the TSI program. Attorney Alexis Fisher Pooley was wonderful to work with! She was extremely helpful and timely in her communication. She would follow up with us and/or the proper municipal entity without being prompted. She was detail oriented and thorough in trying to get us the proper information. We had a traffic concern that we were navigating and she provided clear explanations and helped us work through the process. While I hope we don't need to use these services again, if we did, we would be happy to work with Alexis again.

I retained Ted Brindle to help with my legal battle a while back. That was the best decision that I could have made. He is very knowledgeable and supportive, meticulous in what he is doing, and has always been putting his client’s (i.e. mine) interests first. He always quickly responds to emails and phone calls, gives a weighted assessment of the situation and offers the best course of action (which I now know in the hindsight). I have dealt with quite a few attorneys for variety of issues, but none of them came anywhere close to Mr. Brindle. Going through a legal battle was hard emotionally, and having Mr. Brindle on my side felt very reassuring. One more important detail – he has been very efficient in the time he worked on my issues and has been taking a very noble stance towards the payment – very different from some other attorneys that I ran across who were just trying to milk me. I 100/10 recommend this firm. The staff was always wonderful and friendly when they worked with my husband and I but Chris, who was working on our case, was so genuine and helpful throughout the entire process. Not to mention how fast and efficient everything was done. He responded promptly to any questions or concerns and communicated well. I no longer want to do business anywhere else!
